Blaasa.com is an online booking platform for private tourist transport. Customers book a whole private vehicle with a driver, door-to-door, supplied by a verified Moroccan tourism transport company. Blaasa.com is not the carrier; the transport itself is provided under the full responsibility of the licensed transport company.

A booking becomes final once payment is confirmed. An e-ticket with a unique booking reference and QR code is issued immediately. The assigned transport partner must respect the agreed pickup time and location.

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all fees included, before booking. Payment is made securely online at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions and any applicable refund are shown before you confirm your booking and on your e-ticket. Please cancel or request a change as early as possible through your booking reference.

Only verified Moroccan tourism transport companies, holding a valid operating licence, may be listed as transport partners on Blaasa.com. Access to the partner area is reserved for these professionals and Blaasa.com staff.

Blaasa.com takes reasonable care to ensure service continuity but is not liable for delays, damages or disputes arising from the actual performance of transport by the assigned partner.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The courts of Casablanca have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
