Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it, in line with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data we collect
Customer identity and contact details, booking information (pickup/drop-off points, dates, passengers), payment confirmation data, and technical connection data. For our transport partners: company and licensing documents, vehicles and driver details.
Purposes of processing
Operating the booking service, verifying transport partners, matching customers with an available vehicle and driver, issuing e-tickets, invoicing, customer support and fraud prevention.
Sharing your data
We never sell personal data. Information is shared only as needed to fulfil a booking (with the assigned transport partner) and with technical service providers (hosting, notifications, maps, payment) bound by confidentiality obligations.
Retention period
Account data is kept for as long as you use the service. Invoicing data is kept for 10 years to meet accounting obligations. Verification documents are kept for as long as they remain valid.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. Send your request to contact@blaasa.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Encrypted connections, strict database access rules, and the principle of least privilege for every account.
